The Bahrain Development Bank (BDB) in partnership with the Ministry of Municipalities and Urban Planning and Urban Planning and Agricultural Affairs (MUN) and Mubadara are launching something quite exciting for Bahraini farmers tomorrow.
We all know how awesome Bahraini Farmers Market is. Located in Budaiya, it’s the perfect activity for families and friends to gather around, chill, and support Bahrain’s local crops. The only drawback of it is that’s it only during Saturdays from 8 AM to 12 PM. But what if we tell you that there will be another Farmers Market, that’s equally as amazing, and available to you every day?
Yep, you read right. The BDB, MUN and Mubadara are opening a new Farmers Market in Hoorat A’ali. With 32 booths that sell local Bahraini crops, the project aims to establish an agricultural ecosystem that encourages and revitalizes the growth of Bahraini crops, and at the same time empower Bahraini farmers.
The new Farmers Market in Hoorat A’ali soft launch will be held tomorrow and will be open every day, Sunday to Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM.
