Bahrain, May 5 2021: Bahrain’s leading telecom operator Zain Bahrain has announced that the company is committed to delivering better network connectivity and enhanced data speed in 2021 despite COVID-induced challenges.
Zain also said that it would build on the successful network expansion that took place in 2020 to accommodate the introduction of 5G spectrum in Bahrain.
As a key step towards empowering customers with next-generation services while simultaneously improving their digital lives, Zain only deploys state-of-the-art 5G hardware, the company added. This approach helps Zain ensure superior mobile broadband and fixed wireless connectivity with higher speeds, lower latency.
At the same time, Zain is also carrying out substantial work to improve the quality of the 4G connectivity already in the offering. As a key step in that direction, the company has increased its LTE layer capacity and coverage by installing new LTE bands.
Ali Al-Yaham, Director of Technology at Zain Bahrain, spoke his mind about the new expansion plans by saying, “The network expansions are a testament to the fact that Zain Bahrain has always provided an accelerated digitalization experience to its customers across Bahrain.
