Etijah Coaching & Consulting Services, with the support of the United States Embassy in Bahrain, is launching the first program designed exclusively for women- Ladies Who Lead!
Ladies Who Lead is a program that aims to assist working women in overcoming everyday problems that no one anticipates. In this program, the workshops will tackle issues such as:
- Negotiating a job offer/promotion/raise.
- Creating your personal network.
- Being heard without being labeled as “aggressive”.
- Taking control of your career progression & growth.
The program is open to ladies who are:
- 3rd or 4th year university students and recent graduates.
- In a workplace with under 5 years of job experience.
If you find yourself as a suitable candidate, this program is for you!
The program consists of a variety of speaker sessions and workshops designed to prepare participants for a successful career, as well as networking activities to assist them expand their professional networks and engage with our career coaches to develop a career progression plan. In February and March 2022, the sessions will take place once a week (after work hours), which means that anyone can participate because the time commitment is minimal and suitable for working women!
Etijah Coaching aims for every woman who joins this program to grow in her career as well as become an ambassador for change, helping pave the way for other women to grow and develop in their fields of choice.
