His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, First Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Economic Development Board had a meeting on Sunday at their offices in Bahrain Bay. During the meeting his Royal Highness stressed the importance of strengthening the competitive position of Bahrain, which can be done through implementing initiatives that will help in developing the business environment and at the same time attract investment.
His Excellency Khalid Al Rumaihi, EDB Chief Executive also discussed EDB’s strategy in attracting other investments through introducing prospective investors to opportunities at major and international events. The EDB has also expanded its presence and now operates offices out of various countries including KSA, UAE, Turkey, East Coast of USA, Singapore, Sweden, and more.
