The first phase of the entrepreneurship program “Chance 2017” which is hosted by the Youth Pioneer Society have concluded last Saturday, on April the 1st. The 29 participants attended workshops related to the process of opening up their new startup: entrepreneurship, creative thinking, business planning, market research, and business presentation skills. Out of the 29, 12 were chosen to present their market research in front o a judging jury.
Those 12 qualified participants will proceed to the next phase of the program where they will be introduced to the supporting entities in Bahrain which include the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Tamkeen and more. They will also go through a series of workshops that will enhance their understanding of the principles of marketing, financial management, business branding and more.
