Good news for people with a sweet tooth! Nouf Subah, one of the winners of Youth Pioneer’s Chance 2017 Program, brings you her home business: Nouf’s Treats. She’s specialised in the traditional Bahraini and Khaleeji desserts ranging from ma’moul, basbosas, sweet sambosas, khanfaroush and the list goes on! According to Nouf: “Nouf’s Treats preserves the traditional taste of our local [Bahraini] treats and introduces new flavors to the Qudo’ table.”
She started out her business in 2012, and up to this day, she continues to work on delivering the authentic taste of traditional Bahraini desserts. When asked about her aspirations for Nouf’s Treat, Nouf said that she aims to be the leading bakery for sweets and desserts in Bahrain, especially when it comes to ordering for special events such as weddings, family gatherings, ghabgas and more.
Nouf also talked about her experience in the Chance 2017 program: “The Chance Program opened the doors for us to meet successful and inspiring entrepreneurs to learn from their experience and to build new connections.”
She wishes to establishes her own bakery in the near future and to build her brand to maintain the high-quality standards of the products delivered to the customers. Additionally, she plans on expanding to have sales distributors around the GCC countries to deliver her fresh and delicious treats.
