Top global interconnection and data center company, Equinix partnered up with Alibaba Cloud to provide companies and enterprises with direct and scalable access to Alibaba Cloud through the Equinix Cloud Exchange. It will be provided in the company’s Hong Kong, Silicon Valley, Sydney, Washington D.C., International Businesses Exchange (IBX) data centers, and it’s going to be available in Frankfurt and London soon.
The Alibaba cloud is crucial for many multinational companies that aim to expand their cloud-based applications and startups within the region. Through the partnership, Equinix will be able to deliver connectivity to the full suite of Alibaba cloud services to these companies and provides private access to Alibaba Cloud in five markets.
