What fuels a young person to aim for success?

“I asked myself, am I satisfied with whatever I have? The answer was no. That was what got me started to apply for a job that suits my time, money and responsibility.”
“I always had Zain in mind because I love the brand,” he explained. “I love how they represent themselves and how they represent their brand.”
“When I applied, I was not called back immediately. But I insisted and I pursued them. They eventually told me I was one of the few who got the job,” said Khaled. “I continued in HR with so many projects and I liked what I do. But, I always dreamed to be in a major marketing position “doing what I love”. And my dream came true when an opening in the marketing came up & I followed my guts feeling, applied for the job, and got it.”
“For every person that I meet who is at the beginning of his professional life, I always encourage them,” he said. “Hard work is the only currency available in the market. No excuses. No constraints. Only hard work will make you reach whatever you want to reach.”
