Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications provider in the Kingdom, has organized an educational and work experience program for AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (MKF) students, which comes under Zain Youth Empowerment Program.
Zain Bahrain’s educational and work experience program provided for AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation students with first-hand experience of the operator’s vibrant internal culture by working within various departments including the Call Center, Retail, Marketing, Technology, and others. The students received an overview of mobile telecommunications technology and attended a session on persuading skills through Zain Bahrain e-learning platform (LinkedIn Learning). The students also visited Zain Bahrain MSC 2 and got insight on the latest telecom industry hardware and software network equipment’s.
In addition, AlMabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation students had the opportunity to visit Zain Bahrain contact center along with the retail’s branches; where they got the chance to witness customer interactions.
All students from MKF received Certificates after completing Zain Bahrain’s work experience program. The certificates were presented by Zain Bahrain Human Resources which comes under Zain Youth Empowerment Program designed to give university students the opportunity to experience the working environment and explore their capabilities while studying at their universities.

Mabarrah AlKhalifia Foundation (“MKF”) is a non-profit foundation registered and licensed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Development. Established in 2011 in the Kingdom of Bahrain, its aim is to make a social impact in the education field and to empower Bahraini youth to reach their optimum potential.
