Zain Bahrain, a leading telecoms operator in the Kingdom, hosted the Leading Future Organizations panel to discuss Happiness concept and strategy at Zain Tower, in collaboration with The National Program of Happiness & Positivity U.A.E earlier this month in April.
The one-day-event at Zain Tower was attended by Zain Bahrain employees and included representatives from Happiness Strategic Organizations in U.A.E; Yusra Baqi, Head of Corporate Communication & Happiness at Aafaq Islamic Finance and the Chief of Happiness & Positivity Officer in the Private Sector at U.A.E and Ahmed AlMahmood, Strategic Planning Advisor & Chancellor in the public sector in U.A.E.
The Leading Future Organizations panel covered an interactive session on the perspective of the National Happiness Program in U.A.E, and understanding the five path-ways of the PERMA system & Happiness meter implementation in which individuals can pursue happiness, integrated a satisfied and happy employees & customer to achieve happiness in the form of strategic plans and the major role of leadership in supporting happiness in organizations. The session also discussed the importance of a sense of loyalty and belonging to employees, as well as accelerating implementation system to achieve happiness for employees within happy organizations.
