Zain Bahrain announces the launch of a new program that kids are going to LOVE!

Zain Bahrain, a leading telecoms operator in the Kingdom, hosted its annual Ramadan ghabga earlier this week at the Ritz Carlton Hotel for its partners, media members, and social media influencers, in recognition of their ongoing support and efforts all year-round.

During the ghabga, Zain Bahrain’s General Manager Mohammed Abdulla Zainalabedin announced their new educational program through “Gamification” and encouraging creativity and knowledge. The new program will be taught and presented by AlRuwad Centre to design, construct and develop a coding program for the robotics. The announcement came as part of Zain Bahrain’s ongoing technological awareness and environmental educational programs in giving back to the community and developing creative techniques in the Kingdom to equip the future generation with the necessary skills needed.

“Zain Bahrain’s new program is based on the STEAM education approach; which is built on the idea of educating in five specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics. The program can increase the ability to be creative and develop innovative thinking and more productive members of society. Those fundamental skills are required for a successful transition into the workforce. The new STEAM robotics will be available in all our shops in Bahrain,” said Zain Bahrain’s General Manager Mohammed Abdulla Zainalabedin.

The evening included a range of fun activities held in an interactive environment including a raffle draw and generous prizes and was highlighted by the introduction of Zain Bahrain’s long-term community-driven initiative video along with a short robotics video.
