Training Calendar bags $1 million in Seed Funding

Training Calendar, one o the tech solutions that was born from the Black Cube Solutions FZCO, just raised $1 million in seed investment from leading angels investors from the United Arab Emirates, noting that they’ve already received an investment of $1.1 million earlier. In addition, a couple of VC firms are currently in talks with Training Calendar to invest further through Series A round.

But what does Training Calendar do? Well, it’s a platform that solves on one of the world’s biggest challenge related to “Learning and Performance.” How? It basically helps the users understand their skillsets and their strengths in their current and future roles by providing a personalized and cost-effective learning to upskill and re-skill.

Through the platform, the training providers or e-learning and executive education providers can connect with the users directly. There are more than 70,000 courses listed by the e-learning providers which include EdX, Coursera, Udemy, Alison, and more. Furthermore, there are more than 6500 classroom training courses listed by more than 1000+ training providers such as Informa, Dale Carnegie, PWC Academy, Bradfield and more, across UAE, India, and Saudi Arabia.

And that’s not all,  because Training Calendar has 40+ executive education courses that are listed by leading business schools including IE University, Manchester Business School, Hult International Business School.

The platform is focused on B2B, B2C, and B2G business models.
