Tamkeen in partnership with Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) and FinMark Communications, organized an event on the benefits of professional mentorship in career progression and development of young Bahraini talent.
Held at Gallery 21 in Adliya, the event hosted more than 100 professionals from Bahrain and Saudi Arabia which included junior and senior managers, HR specialists, and a number of potential mentors and mentees. The event discussed the current and upcoming professional mentorship programs that are designed to help youth with their careers.
A panel discussion was conducted featuring Community Engagement Manager Ahmed Janahi, BisB head of Human Resources and General Services, Dawood Al Ashhab, NBB Chief Human Resources Officer Dana Buhiji, moderated by FinMark Communications Managing Director Zahraa Taher.
One of Tamkeen’s soon to be launched event is the Career Mentorship Program in addition to the Reach Program that’s dedicated towards women professionals in the Middle East.
