Tamkeen is currently hosting a two-day exhibition of the business prototypes of the finalists of the Fourth edition of the Mashroo3i Youth Business Awards. The event takes place at the West Wing of Seef Mall and will continue until August 4th.
The short-listed 30 teams have the chance to present their business ideas, to interact with the public, and learn from one another. The Mashroo3i judges will evaluate not only the innovation and uniqueness of the project but also its business potential, and the presentation skills of the owner. The visitors may also vote for their favorite team.
The young entrepreneurs have been working hard to reach this point. With the assistance of experienced professionals, they developed a proper business plan and created a prototype to present in public.
The award ceremony will take place on August 5th. The judges will announce three winning teams. They will get support from Tamkeen. Next to that, the winners will be granted access to some incubation opportunities in their respective fields of interest. The judging panel includes Shaikh Hesham Mohamed Al-Khalifa, Sabah Khalil Al Moayyed, Managing Partner of Intellect Resources Management, and Mr. Yousef Al Bassam, Head of the Deals Committee in the Saudi Angel Investor Oqal Group.
