Summer Training Program To Be Launched by Tamkeen and RAP

The Royal Academy of Police (RAP) and Tamkeen signed a Memorandum of Understanding to finance the 9th summer camp, a program to train the youth of the future as part of the reform project of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to enhance the role of the youth in serving the nation.

The MoU was signed by Chief of Public Security, Major-General Tariq Al Hassan and Chief Executive of Tamkeen, Dr. Ebrahim Mohammed Janahi. It aims to reinforce cooperation between Tamkeen and the Interior Ministry for the best interests of youth through the reinforcement of citizenship, national belonging spirit and responsibility and commitment values among them.

Tamkeen will be offering financial support to the program while the Interior Ministry will handle the administration and technical aspects. The camp is expected to attract more than 100 male and female participants around the age group of 12 to 17 years old.
