Say hello to convenience! Saudi Telecom Company is about to introduce a feature that all customers are going to love

Saudi’s Arabia leading telecom operator, Saudi Telecom is transitioning towards digital payments and will be launching STC Pay, a mobile wallet for local consumers.

No official announcements were made yet but STC has posted a tweet in Arabic with a link to STC Pay’s website. They’ve also posted on their LinkedIn saying: “Enhance your business with the latest payment technology” and called for registration through their website.

The wallet will be available for free on both platforms Apple, and Android, and will be launched very soon. Once it kicks off, users can use it at STC Pay partner stores to make their purchases either through e-commerce or physical stores where a QR code scanner will be used.

Through STC Pay, users will be able to pay their utility bills, in addition to transferring money to other users with STC Pay. Aside from transferring bills, the app also allows you to request money from your contacts who have STC Pay.
