We would like to reassure all our stakeholders that the necessary precautionary, contingency and relief measures have been put in place to safeguard our bank from exposure to the virus and minimize the impact to our business and that of our customers. 

We are fully abiding by the directives set forth by the respective Government bodies in regards to the bank’s operations and have implemented the necessary health measures to prevent the spread of the virus across our branches and maintain the safety and well-being of our customers and employees alike.  

Our crisis committees are working hand in hand with the business units to closely monitor the situation, and take the necessary pre-emptive and corrective measures to ensure that our daily operations run smoothly and that our customers continue to receive optimum service and support for their financial requirements during this critical time.
