The “Londoner” is distinctive project founded by entrepreneur Abeer al-Husseini. It is a restaurant that mainly serves “burger” that are made every day of fresh meat (kebab) using only the best ingredients.
Abeer came up with the idea from London where she was studying and brought the concept of the famous chain restaurant from there to Bahrain with some modifications where such cuisine is desired. It was her big dream, driven by her passion to work and her spirit of challenge and responsibility.
The first branch was opened in 2013 at Tubli area. The restaurant got popular and it was well received by customers, which encouraged Abeer to open another branch in Seef Mall – Muharraq in 2015. She developed the business system, added new meal varieties and selected special ingredients for the new branch. The Londoner was financed by BDB through the co-funding scheme with Tamkeen.
Today, Abeer is planning to offer more exciting quality meals to satisfy all tastes, to open other new branches and to franchise her business in the near future.
