VO, the first Kuwait-based integrated youth platform for incubating young talents, is launching its ‘smart’ mobile application to promote Kuwait’s creative and significant produced content on a seamless, high-tech and efficient digital platform to the regional and international market.
“We are excited for the next phase of VO. The app’s launch marks a significant milestone in achieving VO’s mission towards Kuwait. VO Kuwait was established to solidify the role of our youth in positioning Kuwait on the global map and diversifying its economy. This app will be the main digital channel for markets to access and reach our talents in today’s virtual world,,” stated Ms. Riham Al Ayyar, CEO of VO Kuwait.
In her statement, Ms. Al Ayyar asserted that the app’s subscription fees will fund Kuwaiti athletes, innovators, artists, media professionals, chefs, designers, and creators to nurture their talents and unleash their potential to the global audience.
“Our goal is to rebrand Kuwait in the global market. There is so much more to Kuwait than being recognized as an oil rich country. The country has so many potential, talents, and professional capabilities that are worth showcasing worldwide. We have therefore created VO, a platform that incubates and reveals our country’s gifts. This is where the Creative Hub provides the space for our talents to be transformed into substantial content and results while the VO App exhibits the produced outcomes to the regional and international market,” added Ms. Al Ayyar.
The app will officially be launched in a unique high-tech event that will assimilate the features of the mobile application through many surprising shows, talents, and celebrities supporting the launch of the app.
Founded in July 2020 as a result of a fruitful collaboration between Her Excellency Sheikha Ohoud Salem Al Ali Al Sabah and Ms. Riham Al Ayyar, the platform empowers local talents to export them to the global market.
