Ithmaar Bank launches a new app that you’re going to simply love, here’s why

Bahrain-based Islamic retail bank, Ithmaar just launched a mobile app for its customers that allows them to plan their visits to the bank’s branches in advance. You know what this means right? You don’t have to wait for so long anymore!

The Ithmaar eQ app also allows the bank’s customers to view real-time information of all branches, which includes how far away the branch each and how busy it is. In addition, customers can directly book their appointments or issue virtual eTickets for the nearest branch, and they notify them when their turn approaches. Furthermore, the app also provides the timing and direction of the bank’s branches.

Ithmaar Bank chief executive officer Ahmed Abdul Rahim: “Ithmaar Bank has played a pioneering role in the establishment and subsequent development of Islamic banking in the region. It is a role we take great pride in, and we remain as committed as ever to staying abreast with the latest technology,”

He also mentioned that the app Ithmaar launched is part of their ongoing commitment to improving customer satisfaction.
