All the house seller needs to do is to log in and give some basic information about the property- the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, square footage, and location. The system estimates the approximate market value of the house within 10 seconds.
Subsequently, one of the SellAnyHome.com’s professionals will contact the owner to arrange a viewing. The company representative will take professional pictures and will inspect many things among which the water pressure. As soon as the visit is over, the property goes viral on the app. Potential buyers will have 30 minutes to bid on it. The seller receives the highest offer with no obligation to accept it.
The platform aims to engage professional real estate investors and retail fund managers. It is also open to individuals who own four or five homes. It is mostly for active buyers and sellers, that do not want to lose weeks in viewings:

Although he did not go into details about finances, Chihane confirmed the company recently completed its seed funding. The founder is now planning a Series A funding round with the participation of business angels and venture capitalists. He believes Dubai is the right place to start this type of business because of the scope of the local real estate market.
