Bahrain Technology Companies Society (BTECH) and WorkSmart just signed a cooperation agreement to host their ninth edition of the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) conference – MEET ICT, in addition to the Bahrain International Technology Exhibition (BITEX).
Held under the patronage of the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications Kamal bin Ahmed, the ICT event will take place at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain from March 19 to 21.
During those events, participants will get the awesome opportunity to network with high-profile decision makers, executive managers, and leaders of the ICT sector, and who knows! You might even strike some business deals
BTech chairman Ubaydli Ubaydli commented on the upcoming events saying: “The forthcoming edition of Meet ICT and Bitex 2018 will see a qualitative leap in organising this event, with the aim of attracting the widest possible participation of local, regional and international companies to maximise the potential of the ICT sector in Bahrain, enhance the ICT contribution to GDP and to support the policy of diversifying sources of income.”
Ahmed Al Hujairi, CEO of WorkSmart pointed out their keenness and determination to host this event to maximize the exhibitors and participants benefits. “WorkSmart team is keen to develop this event over the years which reflects positively on the development of the ICT sector in Bahrain, as ICT sector has become the most vital economic sector that can be relied upon to support the national economy,” he said.
