Bahrain’s Yasmeen Al Sharaf featured in Women in FinTech Powerlist 2020


The Women in FinTech Powerlist 2020 is out and you would be glad to know that Yasmeen Al Sharaf from Bahrain is sharing a spot in it along with fellow female industry leaders from across the globe. It’s the second straight year for Yasmeen in this globally-recognized list.

For the uninitiated, Yasmeen is the Head of the Central Bank of Bahrain’s FinTech & Innovation Unit.

In its sixth year now, The Women in FinTech Powerlist is an initiative to bring the spotlight on the women spearheading innovation in financial services. With each passing year, the Powerlist attracts an increasingly large number of applications and nominations from all around the world. 

The latest list has shined the spotlight on 200 women from all over the world representing seven categories.

Innovate Finance, the independent industry body behind the Powerlist, has published the names and profiles of all 200 women featured in FinTech Powerlist 2020 here.
