Tell us a little about your business?

Exa.io is a cloud-based video rendering service where engineers, artists and graphic designers can upload their files and get it processed in a fraction of the usual time and cost.

How did you know about Entrelab’s initiative?

We’ve always been in contact with Tenmou. We found out about this particular event through their Facebook page, applied and were one of the lucky chosen ones!

Do you feel the concept of having this opportunity in a place like Seef Mall is a good idea?

It is very beneficial because it puts us in direct contact with our customers. It would have been more difficult for customers to reach us or learn about our services. It’s definitely a win/win situation.

Would you be willing to participate in such initiatives with Entrelab more frequently?

Definitely! We are learning so much from this experience and it is an excellent way to gain more loyal customers.

What are your recommendations for Entrelab’s organizing team for their future projects?

For a first time I believe it’s quite decent. The amount of time and organization put into this by Entrelab’s team is remarkable. I would, however, recommend holding it next time in a more popular area where there’s more traffic and more shoppers in order to increase accessibility which is a key aspect in promoting our businesses as fresh entrepreneurs.
