This Startup Evening featured Bahrain’s most prominent chefs and restaurant owners, Susy Massetti (Masso, The Orangery, & Fishbone), Mahmood Janahi, (Chef & Baker), Nader Qannati (NQ’s Cookery), & Salman Buheji (Sando).
Moderated by Wejdan Ismail (Burrito Loco, Noodle Wok, Sandwich Guys), the panel had a discussion around the F&B industry, its opportunities, challenges, and insights, while also sharing with us some personal anecdotes of what’s it like juggling between being an entrepreneur and a chef.
