It also allows customers to browse the latest offers directly from their mobile phone, to book a test drive or to check the list with the used vehicles. The next version of the app will offer even more features to ensure all clients’ needs are met.
In addition to that, Behbehani Brothers also launched a new “Live Chat” feature. It will make it easier for the company to handle customers’ inquiries and receive feedback. The chat service is part of the corporate strategy to improve the digital communications channel.
