Zain Bahrain Receives an Award for Outstanding Customer Experience

Zain Bahrain has won the ResponseTek C.A.R.E Award for its outstanding Customer Experience program and it has secured the first place in the category.

The criteria included how well customer services listen to their customers, how well employees are directly connected and whether they learn from the customer voice, as well as the engagement levels of the employees in action when they’re trying to provide a better customer experience.
