Zain Bahrain is one of the first telecommunication companies to do WHAT?

Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications provider in the kingdom, has become one of the first operators in the region to upgrade its Quality Management System (QMS) to meet the new ISO 9001:2015 standard, as well as to successfully conform to the existing ISO 27001:2013 standard.

Awarded following an audit by international certification firm DNV GL, this exercise confirms the operator’s compliance to the certification’s requirements including customer satisfaction, continuous improvement of processes and practices, and information security and confidentiality. Zain Bahrain has held both ISO certifications since 2005.

“The ISO certification is a testament to our efforts in applying effective policies and procedures across all our operations. It is also an assurance that our operations are managed in accordance with international industry benchmarks, supporting Zain Bahrain’s commitment to providing superior service to its customer base. Zain Bahrain has been certified since 2005 against ISO Quality and Information Security Management System standards, and Zain Bahrain employees have contributed to achieving the new ISO 9001:2015 standard and are certified internationally.
