Zain Bahrain, a leading telecoms operator in the Kingdom, has recently hosted a successful masterclass on the new norms for telecoms at Zain Tower, attended by Zain Bahrain senior management team and employees. 

The objective of Zain Masterclass was to share the latest state-of-the-art telecom trends, services, and the rapid telecom technological changes with Zain Bahrain employees to support Zain’s digital growth strategy in a digital innovation culture.  The workshop also provided a clear and comprehensive understanding of how to shift the organization digital strategy in response to changing customer’s expectations and experience in a highly competitive dynamic environment. 

The workshop was hosted by Intermid Managing Partner, Abdulla Al Hamed. He has over eighteen years of professional experience in various fields, including strategic planning, ICT and proven ability to successfully analyze organizations’ critical business requirements, identify deficiencies and potential opportunities, develop innovative opportunities for enhancing competitiveness, and improve customer service offerings.
