Job seeker and Students! Tamkeen just signed an agreement with the Council of Representatives and here’s how you can make the most of it

With the presence of His Excellency Chancellor Ahmed bin Ibrahim Al Mulla, Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Tamkeen recently signed an agreement with the Council of Representatives to support the training of young Bahraini students and job seekers and aims to aid the youth in acquiring administrative positions within the Council.

HE Dr. Ebrahim Mohammed Janahi, CEO of Tamkeen, stresses the importance of such partnerships in developing the Bahraini youth and providing them with appropriate training that lineup with their qualifications and requirements to fill vacancies in various institutions. “This partnership with the Council of Representatives is a continuation of the joint efforts in supporting and developing competent Bahrainis and providing them with specialized knowledge, in line with the directives of the Kingdom of Bahrain to provide the opportunity for Bahraini youth to be part of the comprehensive development process led by the country,” added Janahi.

Mr. Abdullah bin Khalaf Al Dosari, Secretary General of the Council of Representatives, praised the partnership with Tamkeen and said: “We are proud of this partnership with Tamkeen, through which we seek to recruit qualified national talent in various administrative positions in the Council. This partnership is an activation of the principle of community partnership and the belief in the importance of providing opportunities for Bahraini individuals to participate in the development process taking place in the Kingdom of Bahrain in various fields.”

The program will last for the length of one year and will take place at the Bahrain Centre for Parliamentary Training and contains three main stages: theoretical training, which includes lessons, lectures and workshops; on-the-job training in various administrative departments of the council; and a 3-day job training on parliamentary culture in the Kingdom.
