EWA to slash waiting time with help of Skiplino

Hate waiting and standing in long queues just for your number to be called? It’s okay because you don’t have to worry any longer because the Electricity and Water Authority (EWA) has just launched a service that will surely slash waiting time.

The new service, which will further streamline procedures, is going to allow customers to book for appointments online with EWA-run service centers. The service was launched in co-operation with startup Skiplino Technologies, a specialized company in cloud-based queue management systems.

The initiative is also set to improve communication with customers and the quality of services by using cutting-edge technology. “The launch of the new service is in line with the government’s keenness to promote green policies and achieve sustainable development goals,” said an EWA statement.
