Etijah Coaching and Consulting launches the Ladies Who Lead Program

Etijah Coaching & Consulting Services, with the support of the United States Embassy in Bahrain, is set to host the Ladies Who Lead program aimed at helping young Bahraini women progress in their careers.

Etijah Coaching & Consulting Services is a coaching firm focused on human capital development. The company’s services are broken up into our coaching division and our consulting division. Our coaching services cater to businesses, students, and individuals. Dina Shabib, the CEO said: “Etijah prides itself on being a social enterprise that cares about working for the benefit of local communities.  It is our honor to host the The Ladies Who Lead Program, which at its heart, is a leadership development program designed to empower young Bahraini women to take charge of and progress in their professional careers.”

Bahraini women in their final year of university and gearing up to enter the workforce, or women who have recently started their professional careers (entry-level to mid-level with under 5 years of experience) will be given the opportunity to attend a number of workshops and speaker sessions over a period of 8 weeks, starting February 1st, aimed at helping them improve their professional know-how, such as learning how to negotiate, how to climb up the career ladder, etc. Additionally, the 100 participants of this program will receive guidance in creating a career progression plan. 

These women will also be able to build their social and professional networks by attending two networking sessions aimed at helping them grow and expand their career connections. The objective of this online program is not only to empower Bahraini women in their careers, but also to enable them to contribute effectively to the Bahraini workforce.

Registration for the event is now open and closes on January 20, 2022.
