Building Bridges of Communication with Tamkeen

Tamkeen hosted the “Community Partnership” event where it aims to build bridges of communication with the rest of the society. The process is based on appointing Tamkeen representatives to the regions around Bahrain. These representatives are basically mediators between Tamkeen and the public, whereby they respond to inquiries and provide people with latest developments and updates with regards to Tamkeen and its programmes.

Yousef Ali, Executive Director of Customer Support at Tamkeen said: “Tamkeen is working to enhance the quality of customer service as part of its strategy to advance the services offered to Bahraini citizens at various levels. The Community Communication initiative is made to create suitable grounds for us to communicate directly and respond to the needs of citizens all over the Kingdom’s governorates, to enhance our services through a package of support programmes which we offer, raising awareness regarding them and encouraging people to benefit from them.”
