Bahrain Bourse authorized the appointment of BDO Consulting to be a specialized advisory firm (sponsor) that’s going to operate within the Bahrain Investment Market (BIM), an equity market to grow business ventures in Bahrain.
Bahrain Bourse Chief Executive Shaikh Khalifa bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa and BDO Chairman Jawad Habib signed the agreement in the presence of BDO Bahrain CEO Ali Jawad and Partner Arshad Gadit.
The Bahrain Investment Market (BIM) provides relaxed admission requirements, reduced financial disclosure rules, access to global investors, and more for startups and big firms who wish to be listed. The agreement with BDO Consulting is going to help new clients to ensure all of their pre-listing requirements and post-listing documentations. According to Shaikh Khalifa: “The partnership with BDO Consulting provides additional multi-sector support and advisory services that will encourage and enable investment opportunities for companies and investors from around the world.”
