Kuwait Finance House launches “Skiplino” a digital queue service – the first of its kind in Kuwait’s banking sector. The decision comes as part of KFH’s ongoing efforts in enhancing their financial services by adopting advanced technology and shift towards a digital strategy.

Zaman, Alharith Alatawi, and Ricardo Gaspar is a multilingual queue management system that allows businesses to handle customer queues smartly and speedily. It’s a cloud-based system that is able to monitor data related to queues in real time, and collect customer feedback through its mobile app. The service is currently able on KFH’s website, and will soon be able on their KFHonline app.
This basically means that KFH’s customers will be able to book their appointments right through their mobile phones to visit any of the bank’s branches – saving them time and energy of having to wait in line. Awesome right?
Group Chief Retail and Private Banking Officer, Waleed Khalid Mandani commented on the launch saying: The service was implemented as it was part of the company’s policy to adopt the latest technologies in FinTech and Artificial Intelligence to improve the bank’s services and meet the expectations of our customers.”
