Ajman and Huawei Work Together on IT Infrastructure!

Ajman’s Municipality launched a project called ‘Sanad’ in cooperation with Huawei, where they aim to build and update the technical infrastructure of the emirate. This will be done by applying the latest and advanced technology which will ensure information and networks security, agility, and at the same time easily convert to cloud computing technology.

The director of smart services development administration, Youssef Mohammed Abdullah Al Shaibah mentioned that ‘Sanad’ is designed to build a new generation of interactive services that supports the department’s approach in implementing the best practices when it comes to cloud computing and the Internet of Things. “It will help in increasing information security and sustainability of services, as well as providing maximum production capacity and programming capacity by which the department will respond to the clients’ needs and will work on reducing operating costs by over 40 per cent, and reducing the consumption of the space allocated to services by 70 per cent,” he stated.
