You can’t call up your friend to pick you up because they’re out of your way, and your parents don’t have the life in them to drop you off, what do you do then? Hint: ride-hailing.
Startup MGZN is back to hosting its legendary Startup Evenings! Rejoice! The evening will be held in the Brinc Batelco IoT Hub in the Batelco Building on September 26th, from 5:30 PM to 8 PM, and will be moderated by Hussain Haji founder of Inagrab. This time around the special guest is going to be none other than Khaled Nuseibeh, General Manager of GCC at Careem.
Khaled Nuseibeh, previously a Business Director at Du, and Head of Products and Services of Zain in Kuwait, currently leads the operations and customer experience of Careem in the GCC region.
Careem, the only unicorn in the region, as well as the leading ride-hailing service since 2012 in the region, has since expanded to more than 120 cities and across 14 countries in the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, and even Pakistan.
Khaled will be sharing and talking through Careem’s journey through his experience in a set of questions highlighting its success, failures and more. You, the audience will even have the opportunity to engage with Khaled in a discussion, where you get to ask him all your questions.
