C5 Accelerate is a cloud accelerator that works alongside Amazon Web Services in order to accelerate and support your brilliant ideas. In a nutshell: it transforms your idea into reality.
The program, which is known as the Cloud 10 Scalerator, consists of eight weeks of mentorship and is divided into a series of sprints and tutorials that will be covering all aspects of scaling up, while focusing on how you can use cloud to your startups advantage. What C5 Accelerate does is that it provides each participant company with a $50,000 AWS credits, which help cover costs associated with eligible services and bills. The program finally concludes with a pitch day where founder get to pitch their companies and projects to potential investors from C5, AWS and others.
Additionally, the program is supported by a number of international mentors like Amazon Web Services, EDB Bahrain and Tamkeen. When startups complete the Cloud 10 Scalerator program, they receive a certification and get the chance to enter a peer network that is going to provide them with continuous support and guidance.
