Khadamaaty: Becoming The Bridge Between Customers And Service Providers

“Necessity is the mother of invention and this is where it all began,” explained Waleed Janahi, co-founder of khadamaaty.com. Together with his co-founders, Mohamed Jamsheer and Mohamed Baqi, Waleed created an online service platform that connects customers to service providers.

“It all started when I was planning to move from one house to another,” narrated Waleed. The difficulty he encountered in searching and comparing different service providers led to the idea of creating khadamaaty.com.

“We anticipated that introducing khadamaaty to Bahrain will be challenging – both customers and service providers,” said Waleed. “We have faced challenges in educating service providers to automate their entire operation through khadamaaty.”

“All kinds of household related services are currently available on our website,” he said. “Soon, we will be introducing new products like an Emergency Service that will allow customers to request immediate services 24/7.”

“Customer satisfaction is a key factor for khadamaaty,” said Waleed. “Our goal is to establish an easy, simple and fast platform to connect ‘Customers’ with ‘Service Providers’ who is capable of completing the requested job in a timely manner and with the best quality.”
