Bahrain Polytechnic held the e-Learnit Conference on Tuesday, April 4th where the usage of advanced technology within education was discussed, and it lasted for two days.
The conference was hosted under the patronage of His Royal Highness Shaikh Mohamed bin Mubarak Al Khalifa – Deputy, Prime Minister, Chairman of the Supreme Council of Education and Training Development, and His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Ali Al-Nuaimi, Minister of Education, Chairman of the Higher Education Council of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Munfarid Consulting, an Educational Consultancy firm has presented about a Revolutionary Virtual Reality platform designed for Learning and Development: VRXOne (Virtual Reality Experience). The Virtual Reality Experience was a really interactive session that attracted many visitors from different fields of education, as well as delegates from various government ministries. Virtual Reality has proven to increase attention and at the same time enhance the knowledge retention therefore improving the results of students.
VRXOne will help Bahrain Polytechnic in achieving its goal of producing graduates that are ready for work and that are equipped with the necessary skills and tools before entering the real corporate world.
