On January 15th 2017, Tamkeen signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Fives, a global engineering industrial group with the aim of helping Bahrainis develop in the industrial sector.
The three pillars established through the MoU include (1) professional training programs, (2) international training programs, and (3) technical training workshops.
By helping train Bahrainis in the industrial sector, Tamkeen aims to increase Bahrainization in the workforce and build the capacities of the local community.
